    Top quality movement in later case, finished for the American market, circa 1880. Nickel finished three-quarter plate keyless movement, jewelled to the centre, circa 1880. Now housed in American, screw back and front, rolled-gold (pink) case by the Brooklyn Watch Case Co. Lange detached lever escapement with pink gold lever and escape. Compensation balance, balance-spring with overcoil. Perfect signed enamel dial. blued-steel hands. Case 49 mm diameter.

    Will not wind (mainspring broken?) but will tick happily if pressure is put on the train. Sold as not working.
