Chromed case with snap-on back and bezel, the back with stamped design. Typical fabricated keyless movement of the period, numbered and stamped: INGERSOLL WATCH Co. PAT,D JULY 2,18. SEPT 28,20. MAY 16,22. MAY 24, 21. NOV 14,22 MADE IN U.S.A. Pin-pallet detached lever escapement. Steel balance, spiral balance-spring. Printed dial, the seconds bit rotating when running - no hand. 50 mm diameter. Together with its original red printed card box also containing a chromed fob with its leather strap. Box 12 x 6.5 cm (4 3/4 x 2.5 ins).

In very fine (not mint) complete and original condition, not having suffered the use associated with most watches of its type. Cleaned and serviced, and the original yellowed and shrunken 'ub' crystal replaced, so looking very good.
