Original English Patent, No 3469, March 1888.
Granted to Henry Alfred Lugrin, Brooklyn, New York. Refers to the type of chronographs produced in America by the Waltham Watch Co, and later the Timing and Repeating Watch Co, Geneva. 3 pages, 11 figs on 2 folding plates. Her Majesty's Stationery Office, London.
Disbound, as extracted. From the Manchester City Public Library which used to hold one of the few complete sets of English Patents in the UK - the originals now mostly pulped! Complete apart from the blue paper covers which were discarded when bound. These are the full Patent listings and should not be confused with the Patent Abridgements which have been reprinted, and which contain far less information. Needless to say, these original patents are very rare.
