John Alexander Lund & Herbert Blockley (late C E Viner), 42 Pall Mall London, retailers of fine quality watches, and manufacturers of house and turret clocks, with a branch in Bombay, India. Many of their watches were manufactured for them by Usher & Cole.
Case back with 'BMA' monogram and discreet presentation engraving inside the rear cover, plus just a few of the expected signs of wear. Otherwise an unusually well appointed smaller sized watch of the period, suitable for either male or female wear, with over 30 grams of gold in the case and dial. Serviced for its previous owner and working well.
